Right of Withdrawal

Who may withdraw

A right of withdrawal exists only for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB).

This offer is addressed to entrepreneurs. Where a consumer contract nevertheless comes about in an individual case, the following policy applies.

**Right of withdrawal**

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

**Effects of withdrawal**

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if

• we have begun performance of the contract,
• you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired,
• you have confirmed your awareness that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and
• we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract (§ 356 (5) BGB).

You give both the consent and the confirmation of your awareness by ticking a box during the order process. Without that tick, the file cannot be supplied immediately. We record the time and IP address of your declaration and state them in the confirmation.
